GEO is gearing up to start negotiations with the University for our new contract. Stay tuned for announcements of bargaining sessions, Stewards’ meetings, and membership meetings like the one on November 15 – all of these events are open to ALL members! We’ll also be posting periodic bargaining updates (you can even get our RSS feed). A handy guide to what’s going on right now with the bargaining process is available here. We hope to see you at the first bargaining session, next Thursday, December 6, 2-5 pm, Michigan Union Room Anderson D. Parents, you are welcome to bring your children to this bargaining session – we’ll be opening negotiations on articles related to critical issues like child care subsidies and parental leave!

GEO Membership Meeting- Thursday, Nov. 15
COME to the GEO Membership Meeting on Thursday, Nov. 15 in Angell Hall, Auditorium C at 7pm.This will be one of many opportunities for GEO members to weigh in on what we want in our upcoming contract with the university.

PARTY at the new GEO office (330 E. Liberty, Suite 3F)
